About me: My name is Lilyana, and I am the owner of Lily's Home Daycare. My family consists of 4 of us-a fun daughter, a sweet baby girl, and a wonderful husband and myself!
I am truly passionate about caring for children and feel privileged to play a role in their lives as they grow and thrive. I moved to the San Francisco from Bulgaria, 16 years ago as a full time Au pair for a lovely family. Over the last 15 years, I have worked for 5+ families full-time and multiple families as a part time babysitter. I have dedicated my life to children when I enjoy reading to them, playing and taking children on outings to playgrounds, museums, zoos, driving to activities or picking them up from school, etc. I enjoy organizing a healthy day for children such as preparing meals, model responsibility, price children, show kids the way, do arts and crafts, teach consequences, provide structure and routine. All of the families I have worked for were amazing employers and now setting this little program is combination of everything I have learned for the past 15 years. I finished my Associated Degree in Interior Design in San Francisco, which I believe will help me in many ways of doing art with children. I also have an early basic certificate in child development pre-school education. I have cared for infants, toddlers, and children, ages 0-15 yrs of age!
We have a basement and main floor for the children's needs! The multipurpose basement room is spacious and has different play areas. The areas are quiet/reading area, dramatic area, art area, train table, gymnastic mat for tumbling, montessory climbing set and much more!
